Lanvignes Dore French Limestone

Owner, Anthony Van Liefde just spent 10 days in Europe checking up on our antique cobblestone supply, managing a French limestone contract and sourcing new quarries and opportunities for our product line.

The main reason for the trip was to oversee the carving process of an elaborate door surround in French limestone for a client.  The entire exterior is cladded in this amazingly beautiful “Lanvignes” limestone.

Yes, there are still old world craftsman who can produce a work of art for residential applications.  Anthony visited several French limestone quarries, looking for the best colors and selections for current and prospective clients. As important, was the time spent with our antique cobblestone facility, evaluating our inventory, quality control and export process.
